Keep an eye out for an AER - these come up on TM occasionally and are the rolls royce of acoustic amps - PLUS you can run vocals through them as well (at the same time). I've seen a few compact 60s and a big four channel one they do as well. There might be one right now, just search for AER.

The Markbass stuff is awesome if money is not a problem (They're expensive).
Gallien Kruger do a nice wedge style amp too, which is small enouhg to carry with one hand.
