Also, I don't have a cabinet. Would it be worth getting the head and cab separately or just getting the combo?

Looking for a practice combo amp for under $500 that doesn't sound like shit and isn't meant for metal.

I was considering an Orange Crush 15R which are around $250 and are pretty good on the blues front apparently. Anyone got any advice?
