doesn't it depend on the power? I was led to believe that intnl radio law allows up to 10mW on any freq. happy to be corrected tho. Checked the digital wireless link the frequency range is illegal for use in New Zealand there is quite a healthy fine for using up to $1500 for organisations like churches etc smaller for individuals. Most wireless sold outside of our market in other countries will be illegal here get caught and pay...
