Well today at practice I got to blast it all out. Line up was ESP MII - HD500 - Matrix GT800FX - Marshall 1960 cab. Went perfect, the cool thing i liked is the tones I get on recording are there, before I could never get those tones. Now it is freakin' clear and easy to hear. Heeeeeaaaapps of grunt!...

Ok Ive been thinking the best way to get the best sounds out of the hd500 is to just go hd500>poweramp>cab. This way it just bypasses all the usual typical amp settings and be more truer to the hd500 sounds you can create. Is anybody doing this or has experience with it? I would be looking at a gigg...
