Other advice: Make a circle-cutting jig for your router to cut the speaker hole. Just cut the rough hole first with a jigsaw (lesson learnt hard way). If you don't have the tools for finger jointing or dovetails then there are two better options - you sound like you have a router for rounding over - so : 1. After some more fiddling last week or two, the server seems to be behaving properly. When we were having issues, CPU was running at 180%

Picked myself up a Sterling Sub Ray 4 today, in lovely sea foam green, will get pics tomorrow when the light is better, neck feels really nice with the satin finish, just like the higher end EB guitars I’ve played… just need to drop the action a touch and she’ll be a runner! Had one for a few years...
