Re: Barnsheiks @ the Bollix

Saw these guys at Backbeat in the weekend with Fagan and the People, they rocked the place, you all rocked the place. As I said you need to come and play the Cabana in Napier you'll suit the crowd really well. Thanks for capping off a great weekend, started by Slash!!!

Re: EL34

No Idea what the problem is, I'm waiting on a reply from the shop I bought it from. I'm not touching it until I have an answer or else I'll void the warranty. The valve is the only one that doesn't glow? Thanks for your replies.

Wicked
Thanks for the help, I won't touch anything as the amp is under warranty. I would like to get a price off you on some replacement tubes for the future though. Cheers

Hi Guy's
My amp (Vox ac100cp) has an EL34 that doesn't seem to be working. Is it still safe to use with just the other 3 going??? Also what valves do you guys recommend replacing the original Ruby valves with??? Cheers

Re: Can I change the value of the potentiometer?

Thanks guys, Don't worry I'm not offended. I have some vero board now. A friend of mine checked all the components with a multimeter and said they're fine? Where do you get transistor sockets? They sound like a great idea. What do they look like? Does DSE stock them? I think I'll start over ....... ...

The Checks

Hi Guys
I was wondering if someone might be able to tab the new Checks song, You and Me. What a great song, I'm too much of a beginner to even know where to start. Any help anyone could offer would be great. Thanks
