So this guy is incredible but I cannot listen to his music, it just doesn't do anything for me. I find this with a lot of these types of players to be honest.

I have 2 effects, plus one tuner and looper.

That is odd, I wouldn't expect the cap to be an issue, maybe just unplugging the board has cleaned the connectors and now its ok.

And the cap will show as shorted when there is no input jack as the connections will be closed.

It won't be grounding through the cap. I would just re-flow the solder joints on the board and clean the contacts in the jack first.

Just imagine a really well built USA built tube amp for less than $300

They look like knock-off Gotoh's being sold on Amazon, Ebay etc.

The problem is App dependancy... when they stop developing it and it doesn't work on the latest phones the pedal becomes a door stop.

When I'm on stage in front of 50,000 people the last thing I want too do is get my phone out to tweak my pedal board.

Does it use an App instead of a screen ?

I'm sick of products that use an App tbh, just build in a screen FFS.

It's an income stream for so many of these guys and gals, the engagement they get from clickbait does more for their wallet than their self esteem. I understand that, but it does nothing for their reputation. Many good YouTube channels don't rely on click-bait titles and I'm much more likely to sub...
