Re: reverb tank or reverb pedal?
Price sounds reasonable. Think I'm sold on doing it by pedal. Much more versatility. Been checking out the various suggestions on you tube.rocklander wrote:hit up tonemaker for his ones .. last I remember forun price was $145, or $125 or something... seemed cool when I was playing with it at the last tronfest.

where to source components
I almost completed a loop/bypass switch box after work yesterday apart from Kerikeri is so backwater I struggled to buy all the parts. Couldn't get a 3pdt foot switch. aaarrgghh!
I'll have to order from down the line. Other than Jaycar does anybody have any good sources?

Re: Would you miss your acoustic?
Yeah I don't think it'll ever be as good as the real mccoy but I think I'll be able to make it sound pretty sick with a bit of delay in there too. 8) Oh, definitely! :D Speaking for myself, I found it rather "interesting" but not terribly "realistic". I had a quick tutu this mor...

Re: Would you miss your acoustic?
I just received my latest pedal off TM today. A Boss Acoustic Simulator. Means I can go all organic when I so desire but still be playing my number 1. I think my real acoustic will be used less and less.
