I think I need a P bass in my life, I do like the GSR205 I have for metal stuff, but a lot of the band I listen to have P's. Even learnt on one too!

I think I also need to rip the factory electronics out of the Ibby and replace with something like fishmans for more...

Probably that the Eminence has a higher power rating and sensitivity, therefore needing more power to get the speaker to break up vs the stock speaker.

I'm guessing a wiring issue causing it to assume that you have the jack plugged in all the time.

This is the only downfall of the solder in wiring vs the plug in of the EMG's.

The Jim Root is the drive channel from a Rockerverb MK2 that Jim Root uses as his main amp.

Looks like they make a blue one which is pretty! how do you find the neck thickness?
