Re: Mics for guitar cabs. What has impressed you the most?

Thomann has a fathead rip off for good price, only issue is their flatrate shipping is a lot when looking at small items I got one off TM a while back, only used it a couple of times but liked it mixed with a 57. It’s $85 flatrate aye? I’m looking at getting at Attenuator from them but it would be ...

Re: Anyone like bass guitars?

Yeah, new price of them was much higher than I thought as I could only find the p and j sold separately, so at 60% id possibly be down grading money wise compared to what I'm thinking of putting in, just not sure if there's as big a pickup market for bass stuff compared to guitars.

Re: Anyone like bass guitars?

hey bass fullas, what do you reckon a used PJ set of SD Antiquities would go for? Thinking of swapping something else in, but wanting to not put too much more cash into something i'm not using a lot.

I have a pair of SD's Alnico Pros. no idea what they're like but i think they're med/low output. interesting trades considered.

Think it's these https://www.seymourduncan.com/pickup/al ... dfcf73e37c

Re: Valve Bass Amps

Probably not iconic yet, but the Verellen Meatsmoke rips. I also quite liked the Marshall VBA400 the few times i used one back in bass days.

Re: Anorexic Wooly Mammoth

I just ordered a few pcbs from that pedalpcb place, looks like some relatively complicated builds on there that i couldn't be bothered trying on stripboard. Got a diezel vh4, friedman boost and a couple other more basic ones on the way to mess around with. Just trying to track down the last few part...

Alesis CF1, looks to be the control board for a specific amp, but has an average looking Exp pedal and 2 momentary footswitches, so exactly what i need to beef up the Boss MS3.

Re: Amp Splitter/ ABY Switch: What are the good and cheap ones?

I have a radial big shot ABY, would recommend that for as basic as youd want to go. tried the Leem, was stupid amounts of noise. Still some with the Radial, but i use a lot of gain which is noisy anyway, just a bit noisier with both going. The newer Radial has LED's, one was floating around TM a whi...

Re: New pedals of epicness

Always liked the fake Dimension C in the m9 I have. Dont think i could commit to a whole pedal for it though. Metalzone could be interesting, i imagine they've tried to remove a lot of the bees. Saw Line 6 had a new thing announced as well, havent looked into all the features, but seems to be a trim...

Re: Forums have been slow, how about a 'In the mail' thread?

Boss MS-3. Hopefully replace my whole pedalboard with just one device. Same, also grabbed one of Troy/Jellybelly's MS3's. Will hopefully trim my board down a fair bit, probably keep some separate OD's/Fuzz's on there depending on how good the built in options are (heard they're better than some of ...
