Best place to get wood?
Hey guys. Well I'm thinking about building my first guitar, but haven't decided on the type of wood to use yet. I went to placemakers and Mitre 10 but they only had pine unfortunately. Where is the best place to get wood from? The only one I know is Fijian Mahogany.

Thanks for the quick replies guys, yeah just picked it up from Alan and I'll see what's next. I'll maybe try that effect loop trick, but probably take it to Auckland Musicplanet. Will update.

VOX ad60vt audio cutting out
Hey guys, I've had this amp for about a month now, bought it from a guy on an auction site. Very reliable and was working fine up until now. Started when I would play for about 30 min and the audio would start cutting out. It might be getting quieter and quieter but sometimes it cuts out completely!...
