I’ve had every major food group of guitar apart from a Gretsch, and for no good reason…have had a number of TV Jones-fitted Teles that I loved. And I’ve always loved the look of Falcons, but I guess visually I’ve always favoured the ES335 in that kinda footprint size…
May revisit…

Re: Multiple OD users come here.
I’ve always been a stacker. The actual pedals vary from time to time, but I always sit my Tim at the start straight after Tuner - Volume Pedal - Compressor. From there, I add the HBOD for that warm crunch, into double cake for varying degrees of OD/Fuzz then end of OD chain is Zendrive set higher le...

I’m double caked, to be honest I only ever use one. Looks cool on the board though.

Re: New pedals of epicness
If they ever work out how to box a Shiva OD up I’ll be first in queue. Cause 50kgs of amp is a lot of lug for that 18 seconds of glorious every 3rd song...

Re: New pedals of epicness
I only recently came across the Burnley, Wessex and Harlo pedals from Bogner, Rupert Neve transformers in them, surely that should make them epic, but I couldn’t find a really good sounding demo of them. Not even the usual Pete Thorn or Brett Kingman demos sound overly exciting…just a personal thin...

Re: Keen to see/hear about those using more than one amp.
The few times I can be bothered with dual amps, I run out of the left / right of my Flint to the Badcat Cub in 12ax7 mode on one side and the Bogner Duende in A-only (Fendery) on the other. Mixed left / right.

Re: Rickenbacker guitars - your experience(s)
I’ve only owned a 620, but as previously mentioned they’re definitely smaller fret-wise and take time to acclimate. I think Ben loves his (Ben?), so there’s at least one endorsement.

Jeremy B. Goode is massively underrated. He can play that guitar just like ringing a bell.

Re: Replacing electrics in a Taylor 314CE (2002)
I bought a J35 and never did this, but I'm back on the wagon of considering it...The J35 is a nice guitar, but brighter and less of a classic 'strummer' than the Taylor. Ben, Oleg, still stand by the Anthem as an option?

Re: Marshall JCM600
I’m going to get it at least going and see how it sounds - be silly not to I think. I have that, a 90s UK AC30 and a BadCat Cub iii all in need of attention so could be an expensive month for repairs!
