Yes that's the one. The building is 'Goodtime Music Academy' and we have two rooms booked.

Plenty of parking nearby.

Nah, we just have two other things on that day, a kids' party and the wife to a baby shower. Either she can take the kids or I can drop them with their nana after the party, but I am on party duty (finishes 12.30), so might be able to get there by 1.30. :D
