Re: Sepultura
Saw them at the Auckland Town Hall about a thousand years ago on the Arise tour, awesome concert. No interest in them these days.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

IMPOSTERS!
Who are these people? So Andreas is the only original one left now, or is Paulo in that picture?
They were fantastic in 2003 aswell. I've lost touch with them since Roots, but I'd love to see the Cavelera Conspiracy.

Re: Sepultura
Going by recent concerts overseas it looks like they're playing Chaos AD / Roots / Nation era stuff mostly, pretty much the awesome years for me...

I'll probably come up for it, going to aucks for the stones so this will be cheap in comparison!willow13 wrote:shame they aren't going to CC then jbjeremyb wrote:Going by recent concerts overseas it looks like they're playing Chaos AD / Roots / Nation era stuff mostly, pretty much the awesome years for me...

Re: Sepultura
The new drummer is amazing. I haven't heard much of anything new but saw a few videos. They seem to still play a bit of Arise era stuff. I'm going. Even if they only play 2 songs from Arise I'll be happy!

Re: Sepultura
Arise and Chaos AD are some of my favourite metal albums ever.
The themes explored on Chaos AD (anti-authoritarian revolutions, unregulated biotechnology, media manipulation/fear=control, complacent society, government corruption and abuse of power) are more relevant today than ever.
