When I saw them at Auckland Town Hall, I was 3rd in the queue to get in, got a sweet position up front against the barriers, right in the middle. I was basically right in front of Max and he could clearly see I was really stoked to not only be seeing Sepultura, but also loving my prime viewing position. So part way through a song, he bent down and handed me the guitar pick he was playing, but he couldn't quite reach over the gap between the stage and the security barrier. One of the security guards spotted this and moved in to pass the pick to me, but before he could the lanky bastard next to me with gangly arms reachd over and grabbed it from Max.

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...
