We'll be playing three shows this weekend at the Beach Hop in Whangamata.
Friday and Saturday nights at the Smashed Pipi bar and Saturday arvo in a truck somewhere in the throng of the beach hop.

I'd completely forgotten about Beach Hop, went years ago in a mates '73 Camaro, great festival and so many cool cars (heaven for a petrolhead like me). The Bull Kelp Surfers will go down a storm!

My friends and cousins etc are all over that. I didnt check but you may have seen my cousin, he usually performs over there one way or another. He's either whit his band The Dicks or playing as Simon D.

The Dicks? Weird, people must have got us confused with them because a number of people were calling us that ??!

If it went well for you there, you should come down to the Americana Event in Taranaki. It's like the beach hop but bigger ,and goes over 7 days.
