Is this what Darcy is after?
It looks even smaller than a CS336! Maybe Eric has grown
Good to see ol' lethargic mitts playing a unsponsored product, wait, he's doing that Gobsin thing isn't he...
Maybe it's a custom built by a luthier, not a corporate marketing exercise...

It just struck me that Clapper is now in the fairly unique position of playing a gig with a gat, and then being able to sell the gat as played by EC for 10x what he payed for it, indeed if Mr Clapton has had to pay for a guitar in the last 35 years. let's say EC plays a $3k strat - what does an actual played by Clapper guitar go for? - $30k? = $27k profit
If you did a rock star thing and changed gats for every song for say 10 songs then got the roadies to flog em off on ebay or to Hard Rock Cafe inc - that's a cool $270k in the back pocket.
All a bit silly when you consider what the EC machine must make in concert fees but it struck me as an odd sideline he could have.

At that rate they could flog them off at the gate after the show.raz wrote:If you did a rock star thing and changed gats for every song for say 10 songs then got the roadies to flog em off on ebay or to Hard Rock Cafe inc - that's a cool $270k in the back pocket.
"Hey honey I got you a program and a T-shirt. They didn't have any left in my size so I settled for one of his guitars instead."
