The news paper printed the photo but chopped Steve (left) out. The guitar is the real star here, no mistake. It was a great article too. Phone interviews are cool because when you read what you are "quoted" as saying, it sounds like someone else! For instance:

"The blues scene is interesting in the huge heritage the music has. It's no longer confined to the south of the United States around Mississippi or the Delta. It has travelled and everywhere it goes it picks up the sentiments of the people of that area. It's very honest music. You can't hide anything in the blues."

I've had a chat with Steve before there... seems a vrey nice and helpful chap actual. he'd never last in an auckland rockshop :P

herrherr... From recent visits to certain Auckland Rockshops I've had recently, there are probably quite a few customers that wouldn't last there either...

One "Salesmen" told me if I played Hendrix I'd end up going crazy.

Another seemed to have quite a menace in his voice when he spotted me checking out the Jimi Hendrix handwired stacks -

These guys are obviously trained to cut the poppies B4 they even think about getting tall.
They could also be double agents secretly working for musicworks...
