You need to attract some imported talent.

The last thing is the big one, through having a dynamic tourism market that is based on our beautiful country and plays up our many benefits we become very attractive as a lifestyle place to live and that's what makes it attractive for the needed talent to move here. Anything else that improves quality of life, such as a rich culture, great local music scenes, fabulous foods and restaurants, world cup winning Rugby teams etc. just add to the whole thing.

Sorry my bad, I misread the thread title as being about the wedding as a whole,

Talking about her though, it's either a really smart move to get all the bikini and party photos out in the open well before the engagement so there'll be no skeletons popping out of the closet or long lense intrusive photos, or it's incredibly dumb and will undermine her. My money is on the former given the mess Diana made of it over the course of her life (hiding and covering up at the beginning, developing a fashion sense and fun loving side in later life).
