Practice Rooms in Aucks
With the sad demise of the Manor, where are the best places to go now? I've not used anywhere else since the Manor started and I need to do some auditioning
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.
Re: Practice Rooms in Aucks
Funnily enough, my old place in Avondale is now a practice room. Haven't used it myself, but I visited and had a look - Rich has done a good job soundproofing and he's got a decent PA in there.

Practice Rooms in Aucks
Check out Creative House in Parnell too.
Or I can put you in touch with the landlord and you can revive the manor. I still get calls every day for bookings. From new bands. Which would have been a good thing.

Re: Practice Rooms in Aucks
set up with a marque and generator on Aotea Square and do you band practices there. Say you are 'occupying' for the evening because the Auckland council is not providing space for young (and other) musicians to practice, which as a consequence means they are giving up their musical ambitions and turning to a life of crime and glue sniffing etc.

Cool. His band was called Ash Road. Also had a good mate who lived about that place too.BG wrote:haha, yeah...Rhettsauce wrote:Do you mean Clockwork Studios? My brother in law used to live there. Didn't know Clockwork had moved.
