rewatched live at the artists den - Alabama Shakes on the plane home last night and just was reminded how great brittany plays,
I know theres millions of youtube clips of female shredders funnily all with huge busts but she just has tone and dynamics down pat, finger picking to full out funk, doesn't overplay everything is just
to be so in sync with the other guitarist, doing call and respond between them they remind me of keith and ronnie
such great rhythm playing and bloody hell singing at the same time, big ups
whole show is well worth watching or check out some of there live clips,
I know her voice isn't everyones cup of tea but she plays a mean gibson as well as any male
not the best clips of the concert but all I could find to link easily

When a skill doesn't require physical strength I wonder why we still divide along gender lines. It's like saying someone is great 'for a girl'.

She's not great for a girl, she's a great drummer.
