ash refinish

Post by sgt mukuzi »

Well after I had a peek at the refinish Ash did on the red prs i had to have mine done. . The guitar is the prs se soapbar from 2002 and I am just so happy with the look of the guitar now, I like it, it has its own vibe. Thanks Adrian, thanks Ash Custom Works

I'll add my name to the list of Ash Customworks fans.

I had Adrian refinish my aged 62 Jazz bass last year. It had originally been refinished years before and in Adrian's words "it looked skanky". So a proper refin was always in the wind.
I popped the bass down to Adrian and it was with him for several months.
He spent some time on it and did a first class job of refinishing it in nitro-cellulose. It now looks too sexy for words. The finish is slightly relic'd as I'd asked for. It's aged Olympic White and can only get better with age.
Oh, did I say it looked sexy? :)

I just can't recommend Ash Customworks highly enough. A true gentleman and someone who does care bigtime about what he's doing. Big kudos

I'll try and take some better photos on the weekend, but here's my 62 Jazz after refinishing by Ash Customworks. Very very light relic'ing which really suits my baby! :D

The purple Ash strat that I saw on TM once was one of the most beautiful finishes I've seen, and that was just in pics, not even in the flesh.
