In the realms of P90s, I've found Gibson ones to be the best...it's a shame not all their other models of pickups can compare.

Any suggestions for P90s less than $150 or more each?

Give the GFS stuff a try, bit of Internet research and you can find many gems amongst their range!

mine are rio grande, don't even know if they're still in biz, but they are bloody great.

From what I can find the Gibson P90s are AL5 with approx 9 output, quite hot from what I can make out, do you think to hot for semi hollowbody?
