Thread Tap - Any engineers out there?

Post by GrantB »

Hi all - I am trying to get my hands on a UNC 3-48 tapered (preferably) tap to get some old Gretsch saddle replacements operational. These are hard to get due to fine pitch and size, but I would pay even just for the convenience of borrowing one...if you can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, *U*

Got one - Model Shop in Frankton, Hamilton...seeing how I got an overwhelming response here, I suspect we're short of engineery type folk!

For brass bar or sheet, stainless steel bar (like for Gretsch bar bridges etc), Dremel bits, weird shyte etc etc try your local model shop...fricken amazing!
