Upcoming concerts

Post by Gelato »

Apologies if everyone but me already knew about this site  http://www.pollstar.com is a good source of finding out what concerts are planned to come to NZ.

For instance, searching for Auckland (http://www.pollstar.com/tour/searchall. ... green.y=19) tells me that Buddy Guy and Robert Cray are coming here in April  Didn't hear much about that before...

No worries mate, I thought that would be a standout concert for a few of you. Will it be a little bit country, or a little bit rock 'n' roll???? :P

Placebo played Powerstation in 99 supported by Tadpole and then BDO in (i think) 01.

Powerstation was a great gig aside from the tubby 5ft wannabe goth chick who spent the whole gig standing behind me screaming "Briiiiiiaaaaaaaan I Looooooooveee Yooooouuuuuu".
