Well I have just been recommended as a replacement guitarist for an 11 piece band - horn section, backing singers etc etc. Apparently their bassist is going to call me this week

Awesome stuff man, hope that works out for you. I reckon it would be fun to play in a big band like that!
Now.. so many bass player remarks that could be made..
