Yeah, I suppose I was throwing my toys a bit...heh...If you knew me in real life you'd know I get terribly defensive and such...

Sorry, I dont mean to sound like a snob really, I dont just listen to death metal all day and chug away on my guitar...

I should have looked at the funny side of things, I didn't expect this site to be completely filled with blues warriors hehe...

But yeah, I appreciate the replies from Richard and Donghua.

just noting - I'm a huge fan of any form of jazz, blues and classical, appart from that crackwhore Amy Winehouse :).

there is a fairly crucial difference between Death Metal and Deathcore. In simple terms, Death Metal is the contractor and Deathcore is the apprentice builder who drives a holden SS with chromes. baah oh well whatever. I make an arse of myself on the internet every couple of minutes :D

keep your horns up....or your blues fingers bluesing or your jazz fingers jazzing.

This site certainly isn't completely filled with blues warriors, I have a passing interest in the blues but have spent most of the week at work listening to Meshuggah, Devil Driver, Arch Enemy, Soulfly and Fear Factory...

So it's horns up for me
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

Yeah, and I've been listening to spastic bands like Living In A Box, Phoenix, Dread Zeppelin, Egyptian Lover and Rooney, so don't tar me with the blues brush.

another Bogan here
been listening to Amon Amarth, Helstar, Iced Earth, Ihsahn, Death lately
Hurdy Gurdy.... some how... and I'm not entirely certain how mind you, an instrument that sounds like someone has shoved a nest of angry hornets into a goose with a kazoo bill and is randomly slapping the poor creature with an accordion.... Sounds amazing.

I'm wearing a slayer t-shirt right now

I listen to all sorts of crap, but heavy stuff I'm into at the moment: Dillinger Escape Plan, Slayer (obviously), Children of Bodom, Lamb of God, Carcass (best metal band ever!), and Arch Enemy.

So where are all the death metal Xmas songs eh? sort of Good King Wenclas knockoff

Evil Dagobert first looked out

at the people screaming

while the beast did roam about

doing Satan's bidding

brightly burnt the fires that night

stoked with victims unending

when St Nick turned up and smiled saying

Xmas pressies you WON'T be needing!!!
You can't do THAT on stage!

Noone is troo death until they build a chapel of knives to honour thy haunted garage band and cover themselves in razors while masturbating to a 4 x 4 pic of dead bodies who died while muff diving.
