I'm philosophically against those practice rooms that throw in a drumkit, amps, etc. I figure that, if you're serious about playing drums you'll, erm... score a drumkit somehow. And a place to practice and some way to transport your stuff. Like people who are serious about stuff tend to. I started a band once where the drummer relied on the practice room kits and... surprise, surprise, he only practised his drumming when we were rehearsing.

Now, for all I know, the OP might have had his kit burn down last night, along with the rest of his house. But, generally speaking, I definitely avoid people with no gear.
"Vince, have you ever tried playing an expensive bass?" - Polarbear.
"And isn't that the finest acoustic bass guitar feedback solo you've ever heard?" - Billy Moose.

oh no we didn't go to a room that supplied a kit......we brought one because we thought if we can't find a drummer then one of us (not me cause I have no rhythm at all) become the default drummer :?
