Guitarist looking for a band

Well I might as well jump into it.

I'm looking at joining/starting up a band. I'm capable of playing rhythm at this point, but wanting to expand that. I'm ok with covers but struggle writing original stuff at the moment. Only done a couple of gigs in one band, but keen to get something going.

Influences and what I listen to ranges quite a bit. Classic Rock (Zeppelin, CCR), 80s (Crue, Gunners, The Cult), 90s (everclear, soundgarden) to more modern stuff (foo, 30 seconds to mars) and pretty much everything in between.

let me know if anyone may be keen.

Your musical description matches mine, basically. I'm certainly not a "lead" player, but I'm workin on it.
