that would be robert trujillo(Suicidal tendencies and now metallica) and mike bordin(faith no more)....the are tight as hell alright, but I lost a lot of respect when they played on the re-recordings in 2002

Here's the Live at the budokan, crazy train. Man the band is killing it. Trujillio's bass is thunderous. Intense crowd too !

yes, in 2002 they re-recorded the bass and drums on "blizzard" & "diary" so they didn't have to pay bob daisley and lee kerslake royalties (because they were suing for lack of royalty payments anyway)......bloody disrespectful to randy if you ask me and they sound horrible

There is that interview on randyrhoads.tk, daisley is not an ozzy or sharon fan these day.
Those remasters are a low blow it seems, although I'd hate to speak ill of Ozzy. I blame Sharon.

So do I (and most people I think) Ozzy seems to be her puppet these days which is sad, he is one of the great front men....even "black rain" has some fantastic melodies on it

I like both his last 2 albums, not every song, but bits and pieces.
I still would like to see him cut Zakk loose and do a last couple of albums with a fresh talented guitarist, bassist and drummer.
Even though he can hardly walk he can still sing and write, bringing in some fresh faces may inspire him to do something memorable, because his last few albums have highlights, but on the whole are sounding a bit stale.
There was talk of a Sabbath reunion last year, they were all meeting to discuss the world tour and recording a final Sabbath album, but I don't know what became of it.
Maybe he decided to do another silly Osbourns show again.
His other daughter is a nice young lady, there is an interview with her on youtube, she is embarassed by the spectacle, but Sharon's career has skyrocketed from it all.

BTW, I still practice my Rhoads solos everyday.

I've been practicing Flying high again, the pick tapping I have down, but the first downhill run I only get right half of the time, so far.

Idon't know, sounds like you teach me.
I learning that solo know, the tapped bends are stuffing me up, every part is fairly simple though.

I've been working on "silver horses" by badlands....now that is some way cool playing. the song is very "loose" which isn't something i'm that good at doing

I havn't listen to much badlands, Ishould check it out really, shame on me.

I did a new crazy train solo clip, not perfect, but the timimg is way better than the first clip I put up.
