My acoustic original " In Bruges "

Post by cerealkiller »

Hi guys this is an acoustic instrumental I wrote and Kristie recorded it while I was doing a session for her song meatmark. anyway I was playing around with alternative tuning for this one. Think it was C#m9 and after watching the movie "in Brudges" I was inspired by it and came up with this song.

Hope you like it and any feedback welcome

ps it's a bit quite so can give it a bit volume

That's fantastic man.. I really like it a lot.

I'd like to learn it.. but because I'm hopeless, what are the chords?

That 'Drifting' song is nice too.

The song is very cool man.

I'm not sure if yours is a deliberate misspelling, but the film is titled "In Bruges".

Hi Khann thanks :)

the thing with alternative tuning is you come up with some cool chords but after a while you just forget them.. I have to figure out what I was doing first.

good to know you like "Drifting" too. Martial art footage is priceless lol

Hi thanks man :)

yeah spooky it is lol. someone posted this comment about the song

"great piece of music like a soundtrack to a noir film where the hero is sitting with the girl he knows he must kill in a few hours and every moment of happiness they share drips with bitter poignancy. A great hollowness wells in his throat, and she shimmers in his vision, laughing, trusting... "
