Nah, I spoke to Geoff about it. It's definitely his bass, but also feels that the price is a bit steep. C'est la vie.
I climbed on the back of a giant albatross which flew through a crack in the cloud to a place where happiness reigned all year round and music played ever so loudly

True. I have a Ricky 4003 and whilst I love a lot about it, it's hard to view that as my number 1. Jazz bass actually :-)

Ibanez Studio early '80s on TM this week

They were desireable (affordable!) back in the day.

It looks great but yeah not even close to a starter on the price and Owners reluctance to show /list non-authentic parts
