Two strings bass? That's two strings too many, a real bassist has no need for strings.

I've actually been thinking of building a sort or tenor electric guitar with four strings, tuned like the normal top four strings on a guitar, which is the same as how a baritone uke is tuned. I often end up just playing the baritone uke chords, and avoiding the bottom two strings. When rocking out on 30 pints, it would be good not to have those strings to avoid in the first place. :)
