How much did it cost to have the vid done?sopachrga wrote:Cheers. Yeah the guy who did it all was bloody good. It was just a low budget thing, with one guy doing all the work.
The songs are all just single takes too, recorded in our band room. I'm really happy with how well it's all come out.

Umm, well it was done by a close friend, so our cost is somewhat meaningless in the scheme of things.
I can ask him what the "public" cost would be and let you know.

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
Re: My new band
Great track, really enjoyed it. Stylistically not what I was expecting so a pleasant surprise. I don't do facebook but my daughter overheard the track playing and immediately did the like thing.

Re: My new band
I'm really stunned by the reception our song has got, almost 220 likes within 24 hours and a shade under 500 plays on youtube!
Thanks everyone who has shown support.

Yeah we are working on that. Pretty hard to get gigs around Chch at the moment due to the limited venues.jeremyb wrote:looking forward to seeing you guys live!
Looks like we've been asked to do a gig in December, but we will be trying to sort something out before then too.

HA, no one would bat an eyelid, between the yike bike racing, RC helicopters, nerf gun wars, slingshots and BB guns, people would not be surprised!!sopachrga wrote:Haha, they might start panicking when we start wheeling in halfstacks.....
Its a pretty huge space we have too, well when its finally finished... will have to twist some arms for a gearfest, our floor is 90m long or something ridiculous!
