Bands needed to play Support shows on Summer Tour

Hey all.

I play guitar for Christchurched based band Forgotten Generation.

We are moving to Auckland over the summer and as part of this are going to do a DIY tour of NZ, pretty much trying to play everywhere and anywhere that will have us between 19th Dec and 20th Jan.

So far we have have booked shows in:

Christchurch 14th December
Dunedin 20th December
Queenstown 21st December

Nelson 29th December

Wellington 9th January
Napiar 10th January
Tauranga either 11th or 12th of January

and are in the process of trying to book shows everywhere else, Invervcargil, Oamaru, Methven, Lower Hutt, Rotorua, New Plymouth, Palmy North, Auckland, Hamilton etc.

We are looking to find local acts to play with in all of these cities so if your band would be keen or you know of a band that you think would be keen then let me know. We play a mixture of punk and alternative rock. More punk now compared to what we have recorded.

If you can help us out with finding bands that would be great, happy to play with bands from most genres not just the style we play, just looking to make them wicked shows.

You're playing Lower Hutt? Wow. Brave. I imagine you are in touch with someone here but if you arent I can put you in touch with an all ages venue, it's not exactly a thriving pub scene anymore.

Again thanks alot for the help so far, has been so wicked. We are not expecting huge shows, just enough that we can put gas in the van to get to the next town. Aiming for most shows to be $5 on the door, some will be free and a couple $10. As we are all South Islanders for the most part has been good getting help on the N.I Scene
