I love United. I wish I could write songs half as good as that. That stuff really got me back into worship music and playing again.

Boring but Dave Gilmour. At 11 years old playing a wooden ruler for the solo of another brick in the wall pt 2.

I think there was irony involved

Gilmour! Anyone who can make such pompous, overblown, simple and mundane music sound so utterly essential must be a god.*UNIQUE* wrote:Boring but Dave Gilmour. At 11 years old playing a wooden ruler for the solo of another brick in the wall pt 2.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
Re: Who was your first guitar hero??
First guitar hero would be Yngwie Malmsteen, just blown away, I think I saw him in Alcatraz as well, cant remember 100 percent..

EVH in the Jump video. That bit where he raises his finger just before the solo like "Now watch this..."
