Zakk doing an Eddie??
Looks like zakk is heading down the EVH route by having his "own" brand of guitars and amps ... um ... ok
I wonder who is building them

Liked that Book of Shadows album but after that it all got a bit 'Grrrrrr' for my liking. Suspect the guitars will be Grrrrr too.
As an aside, there's a bright green Jackson Soloist in Christchurch RS that looks cool as ewt.

Might be more akin to Chappers than EVH, if they are to be affordable but decent quality.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

literally 90% of his signature guitars have looked terrible so I don't have high hopes

Re: Zakk doing an Eddie??
A $1000 jcm800 clone with 6550 power section would be pretty sweet.
Amps:
Soldano SLO100 x2 | Wizard MC1 & MC2 | Diezel Herbert
Fryette Pittbull CL | Marshall 2203KK | Krank Rev 50 | Mesa Mark 2A
Rack stuff:
VHT/Fryette GP3, GP/DI & 2/90/2 | Peters FSM/Chimera
Verellen Meatsmoke | Synergy SYN1 | Mesa Studio

Re: Zakk doing an Eddie??
His Custom Gibson Flying Vee is quite nice. A vee with Les Paul Custom finishing touches. Never by a vee again though. Too hard to play sitting down. I had a vee like the Randy Rhoads Polka dot one. It was made by the same guy that made Zakk's ones. Amazing feeling neck and frets, but fugly as hell head stock. Pity it was so uncomfortable to play, because was by far the nicest neck I have ever had.

Re: Zakk doing an Eddie??
Depends. If it's more Buzzsaw Les Paul and JCM800 style, I am so in. If it's ZV and Graveyard Disciple and ZW Micro Stack, well, nope.willow13 wrote:Looks like zakk is heading down the EVH route by having his "own" brand of guitars and amps ... um ... ok

If the arse end is Les Paul shaped, then it might just be mildly ugly rather than fugly...sirvill wrote:Awww geez... hard to tell without a full body shot but these could be ugly as shit
