Out of interest does anyone know how Eddie came up with the physical design of his guitar, was it an existing shape or did he have a hand in it's creation? I think this shape is the reason he's been able to go alone with it, it takes bling and pimping well, and seems to play well

eddies Wolfgang guitars have really just been combos of les paul, tells and strats haven't they??....the original EBMM was a les tele with a floyd and it has slowly evolved into basically a stratpaul with basswood instead of mahogany

Zakk seems to have drifted into the billy gibbons zone of the 80's, liking really weird looking guitars....but this new range seems to borrow from dime bags razorthingy guitars in that they look a bit more like toys than "real" guitars.
I guess if he just came out with a bullseye LP then gibson would be all over him in the courts

Judging from the size I highly doubt it, even EL84/6V6's won't really fit in there...

"Les Paul" and V shaped ones look fine IMO... but yeah never been a fan of the SG V Hybrid thing

The inlays are a little odd though

Looks like he recorded that video plugged into the micro stack. I'm assuming it's similar/the same as his Marshall micro stack, little 15w (?) solid state thing. What caught my eye was the little combo on the end - wonder what that one is going to be? Rebranded Chinese DSL?

It sounded like he had a heap of delay on it as well, noodling about like a 15 year old in the rockshop...

This is turning into a bit of a vendetta isn't it mate? Did he steal your high school sweetheart or something?

Do you seriously think that sounds good tho'? it's just a load of wank, before the weird biker viking crap he was actually quite awesome, No More Tears era, then something snapped and he lost the plot, it's like black album onwards metallica, complete garbage compared to what came before, I know theres bigger things in the world to worry about but it saddens me when great artists go bad.

Good? No. As bad as you're making out? Not really. Pointless? Definitely. Do I wish he was still making interesting solos and mixing things up a bit? Undoubtedly. But if you look across the spectrum of artists, how many can keep it up over a career that long? Some get stuck in a rut and disappear, others just find an audience for their rut. And a few find that magic formula and keep it fresh. Not planning on losing sleep over it though.
Yours,
Fanboi
