Motley Crue in NZ

Post by sizzlingbadger »

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Ah bugger, I was a huge Crue fan in my early teens and have always said I'd see them if they ever come to NZ, as cheesy as they are. Fingers crossed for a "parent-friendly" date.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

My 7 year old would love this I think, if they play CHCH I'll take him along I think. He's off to see the Foos as his first gig in a couple of weeks, not as cool as his sister who got to see Maiden when she was 5 as her first gig.

I'm obviously assuming that if they play CHCH they won't be playing The Bedford so it won't be an R18 gig ;)
