Yeah, he's the business all right. Good vocalist too. I saw him in Auckland ( nov 1992?). Absolutely brillant. A real entertainer. Had this bit where he references how he influenced Hendrix, rips out some Hendrix licks, and SRV, rips out some SRV licks etc. One of the best gigs I've ever been to.

I love the way he seems to really enjoy performing, big grin, showing off his talent, and can play loud and flat out then go really quiet.

Just brilliant.

Yah, excellent stuff. His signature guitar is butt ugly though.

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Love the original way more that the Elvis version, real nice vocals and Buddy is great.

His stuff with Junior Wells is magic too. So lean and simple.
