This is the sort of thing you should be aiming for.

That's me third from left. I'm staring into the distance watching my career disappear.

That's me in the corner,
That's me in the spot... ;)

Nah, been there done that, including the hair, back in the 80s. We were standing in front of our shared house though. If anyone has a 1985 issue of RAM Magazine (the one with Paul Weller on the cover), it's in there, somewhere

And, ironically, I didn't know it then but the band had only a few weeks left before we broke up very acrimoniously. You were probably more perceptive than I was in the same situation. ;)

I'm thinking it would be cool, seeing as we ARE The Sound Of Traffic, to stand in front of this building closer to peak hour, with the cars all speed-blurry

"Vince, have you ever tried playing an expensive bass?" - Polarbear.
"And isn't that the finest acoustic bass guitar feedback solo you've ever heard?" - Billy Moose.

Well, it is nice and sunny.

Just stand in the middle of a major junction causing traffic chaos whilst someone quickly gets a few snaps and disappear before the cops come.

Or just get your picture taken with Len Brown.

Oooh I reckon it would be cool to have you guys photoshopped in the middle of a road, with the old long exposure shot of car headlights and taillights zooming towards and away from the camera...

We needed something in a hurry (application forms to fill and all that) and the drummer couldn't make it, so we came up with this while we wait for the real photographer to do real photographs. That's the drummer in the picture frame.

I like it, Vince, it looks a bit like the photographer just told you that the framed picture is now a memoriam, and he captured both of your shocked faces.

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
