christamass bass project

Post by Lawrence »

heres my rebiuld...this is the neck and hardware from my Ibanez bass with a new body I made from mahogony with a Bartolini pickup. No vol, no tone, just a off switch and a rear mounted jack

the small circular rout above the pickup is what you might call "one of lifes lessons..."..I tell people its a thumb rest

the finish is 8 coats of tung oil

she sounds much better now...the bottom E speaks well1
