whats the advantage in having reverb and tremolo in the same unit?

One of the things that is frustrating about the majority of these multi voiced/effect booteek units is the lack of midi switching. So the unit is off the floor and in the rack, how do you use it? Can't.

Unless the pedal has provision for external latch type switching.. like an amp channel select with a separate footswitch.

They're often 2 effects that go very well together at the end of a chain - tremolo usually being last as a master effect. I think the idea with the Flint is to be a sort of Twin/Deluxe Reverb type Reverb/Vibrato (tremolo in Fender's case) unit...

Tremolo and reverb together with a Tele is instant desert twang

Current setup, my Squier with G&L electrics. Doesn't sound quite as good but I like the way it plays, and looks cool too. Chucked some castors on the cabinet, ready for action this weekend

Cheers fellas yeah it's an AC30CCH so pretty craptastic chinese circuitry but hell they are still fantastic sounding amps, and I reckon one of the more versatile amps around. I played a combo really loud once and decided I needed one.
As much as GAS attacks me from time to time, I've honestly never really considered another amp - gets better with volume which is a trait I like in an amp

Very nice stuff mate, love the MPC head unit and cool pedal board, I have 2 nearly 3 pedals do you reckon I need a pedal board yet? and if I get patch cables and join them all together can you still play them one at a time?

Yes, you still turn them on and off individually. You don't really need a board if you're not moving them around like to gigs etc.
