Blimmin' brilliant! Thankyou very much: that looks like just the ticket.

Mate, very jealous of the JMI. I got to have a jam on the one that's kicking around in Cadenza a while back... it was phenomenal - felt bloody scary to play, and was louder than legal. You're gonna have some fun!

Sweet, yeah, you're gonna probably pay a fair whack for Lovetone.

Would surprise me about the D*A*M one-off - he's done some cool stuff in the past ... these days Dave is so busy there's not much time for custom stuff ... I've waited 6 months for a shipment of Tonebenders!

And in a strange turn of events... I'm pretty sure I just bought your old Varidrive. It just arrived from Wellington, complete with Dick Smith adaptor from the picture. Good times!

Speaking of mail days

DO you think waiting for stuff from trademe is like watching a kettle and waiting for it to boil. If a tree falls in the forest and no ones there to hear it, does a courier miss the delivery?.

I mean whats the longest time you can wait before you have to adjust your feedback to warn others to expect a long wait. does it madden anyone else when there email address doesn't work?, but the sell has a good rating?

WHAT TO DO, I'm like a dog waiting for there owner to come home. I'm just staring out the window barking at mailmen.

Oh the pain

What did you buy? I hate waiting.

My guitar just got here this morning. :)
I've been hanging around the house for two days staring down the driveway and checking the box for a notice to make sure I didn't miss the truck. It arrived safe and sound and has that new guitar smell. Next pay I'll buy it a stand.

if a man speaks in a forest, and no woman is there to hear him, is he still wrong?

yay cool :) we want pictures and soundclips :P

I do that as well, everytime I go out of the house for a smoke I wander right up to the top and check the mailbox ;) Last guitar I bought the courier company kept insisting that they had tried to deliver but nothing - not even a card in the mailbox, useless sods - either the driver was lying or he was going to the wrong house. Ended up going to the depot and picking it up. Geeze.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

You think that's bad. For a while there the couriers were dropping things off just INSIDE THE GATE to the driveway (instead of coming to the door), where any idiot walking down the street could pick it up and walk away with it. We're talking two, seventy dollar bags of dog food at a time and various other items. We live on the back end of an acre section.

Complaining didn't help so now I get the sender to write "Deliver to door!" which so far has worked. The Rock Shop wrote the courier a note and told them to quit being so lazy on the box, which I found quite funny.

How long have you been waiting for it? I've been lucky with trademe, I usually get stuff within days and I make darn good and sure I send asap when selling.

Ha you think thats bad.... We have a 6 foot security gate, some couriers can't be bothered to press the buzzer so drop the packages over the top of the gate - even if marked 'fragile'

and I remember when all this was fields, as far as the eye can see ;)

I get pissed off with people who try to profit from their postage costs on TradeMe. For what some people add on for standard post you could overnight courier the item and still have change.

Bastards!

Rant over.
