mmmm got wood?

Improved the look by about 3000% :D Must be something about natural wood cabs at the moment.... I've started on a pine 2x12 with dovetailed corners though this may end up being tolexed instead, pines still settling dammit. I've got plenty of old Rimu somewhere though, needs to be edge jointed but would still look the part.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

hmm nice workmanship and nice timber, but timber amps / cabinets really do nothing for me at all, much perfer stained/ timber guitars instead of painted over, but i guess i just like the vinyl finish on amps. thort bout it the other day and ive never cared what amps look like, but think they should look tidy and not stick out from the instruments and musicians.
success is fleeting, but artistry lasts forever.

Man, that's sexy as hell.

And having tried (and failed) to make my own guitar cab ... I have some idea what it takes. Seeing that gives me renewed enthusiasm to haev another crack.
Yup - that's me and my pal Steve or little stevie vai as I like to call him. In Auckland airport when I was 26. I'm not 26 anymore.
