Conway's Polytune just turned up. Quick try, and it's already much more betterer than the other things I had.
I can see some different open tunings on my horizon if it's that easy to retune.
Oh, and a Danelectro Cool Cat Drive V2 from MP the other weekend (forumite Rob on cash register) but I shouldn't mention that as you'll just give me s**t. I just wanted mild OD and the gearmanndude's comparo with the OCD and some reviews was enough to convince me it was a low-cost( $70), low-risk option.

Was good to meet you the other day. How is your lap steel going? Hope you're enjoying the cool cat drive, they are great pedals.

Lap Steel is interesting and fun. Looooong way to go though. What is interesting is that it makes me want to hold a standard guitar as well. Maybe it's a hands around a neck thing, maybe I have strangler issues!
The Drive will take a bit of getting used to. Can't have the Vol up as my little Fender Champion 600 5W amp don't like it.
Still, who doesn't like playing with new toys?!

Cool man, I keep thinking I should look into one of those Dano drives. A Polytune would be neat too.
