New N1 Day!
Two guitars in as many weeks is super-rare for me, but the price on this one was too pass up on. Even better, the guy only lived about 3km from me, so I had it in my hands this afternoon.
I've never been a huge Nuno fan, but after playing one of these years ago, I've always gassed for one. It kinda satisfies the super-strat craving I had late last year whilst sticking to my preferences of non-Floydage. Definitely can get some sweet (in my case, average-to-poor) shreddery happening on the neck, which is fabulously flat and fast and the stock Washburn pickups are actually super-duper crunchy, high-output jobs.
However, it's actually a nice guitar to play some ska and reggae on as I found jamming around at band practice tonight on a break. Very light weight, but a tight low end on the big power chords. Does that Weezer crunch/Dookie-era power chord thing like a king. Plus, I like the simplicity of the single volume knob, never really touch tone knobs.
Probably needs a bit of a setup (action a tad low) but very playable and well-put together.
NND!

Re: NND!
It looks lonely, like it's missing an N2 of sorts...

haha, already do at band... just more notable at home with the quiet volume, but nothing to gripe at!
