I suck at iPhone photos. These 7 Pluses are meant to be the shizzle for photos with the dual cameras etc, but these look crap to me.

nice piece of maple used for the neck.
don't get that everyday.
There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.

Yeah the wood is great all round, however you'd expect it at the price point. Probably one of the main contributors to the cost actually, getting choice figured wood. But I can't say enough about how Suhr finish their necks - they're literally the silkiest necks I've ever played.

Time to take this puppy home and plug into something and see how the Thornbucker likes the BE-OD...

The chrome pickup definitely looks better than black. Don't know if I could love that colour or the relicing, but I bet it plays well. :D
