Guess it helped that it was pick up only. Had more than ninety watchers but just a couple of bids.sunburster wrote:I would have bid $1500 for it, if it were in Auckland, and it would have still been a steal at that price. For $1010 this is the best deal I've seen in awhile on TM.kdawg2a wrote:I'll give you $1200 for it. Yes yes... it's a steal and all that. But, the big question, have you fired it up? What's it like?

I'd love a big ass Fender amp to just leave in the corner at home for when I feel like some "in your face" clean. I say to leave in the corner because I'd never want to move the bastard! I love that sound in The Wedding Singer when Sandler plugs that 335 in.
Loving it so far

Well, it works fine. Not so much as a crackly pot. and really quiet too. Haven't cranked it though. Just a big clean. The master volume doesn't work like a Marshall master volume. Stays clean all the way up to wherever I've dared to dial it (which isn't far to be honest). Need the house to myself so I can really try it out.codedog wrote:Yes yes... it's a steal and all that. You are a teacher huh? Just take it down the school assembly hall and blast it. Anybody asks, you are lesson planning. heheMolly wrote:Well, it works fine.
