I dont think i ever could go back to combos. Changing up the speakers made such a difference, a combo would just limit so much

Only flaw so far: none of the widths line up. Not really sure i can live with it.
Get a smaller 20"(?) head box for your jmp . Lots of empty space in your current one.

Statistically, there will be more mojo per cm3 in the little box :D

But the current box has 30+ years of scratches/dents/booze stains/marks that no new box could ever replace.

It all adds to the tone.

Ok, I have a solution.
Go get a small box for it. Matching vinyl shouldn’t be too tricky.

Then just get fuckin hammered drunk. Spill your drinks on it and throw hammers at it periodically from a reasonable distance.

The next day, in your hung over stupor, try to undo the damage.
You’ll inevitably get fed up with such an endeavour and give up.

The day after that, sorted! Put the guts in it and away you go.
